Welcome to Norrina Meechan (the "Practice"). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using the website at Norrina Meechan.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Practice provides hypnotherapy services to clients, including but not limited to individual sessions, group sessions, and online consultations. All services are provided by a qualified hypnotherapistsregistered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.

Appointments can be booked online through our Website, via phone, or by email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
• Practice-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative appointment time or a full refund.

All fees for hypnotherapy services are listed on our Website or will be communicated to you during the booking process. Fees are subject to change, but any changes will not affect appointments that have already been booked.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of booking, or before the session.

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy or if the Practice is unable to provide the service.

The Practice adheres to strict confidentiality protocols. All information shared during any of our sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

By booking a hypnotherapy session, you consent to participate in hypnotherapy. You acknowledge that hypnotherapy involves inducing a relaxed state and that the effectiveness of treatment may vary from person to person. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, and it is recommended that you seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your health.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and any conditions that may affect your treatment. You understand that it is your responsibility to inform the hypnotherapist of any changes to your health or circumstances that may affect your ability to participate in hypnotherapy sessions.

The Practice provides hypnotherapy and all other services with all due care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Practice is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services.

All content provided by the Practice, including but not limited to materials used during sessions, content on the Website, and any other written, audio, or visual materials, remains the intellectual property of the Practice and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly at hello@norrinameechan.com. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and professionally. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will apply to bookings made after the date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
